Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Lead Shower & Bath Installer in Boston, MA to manage full bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish. You will demolish existing showers, install new tubs, pan and wall surrounds, and perform plumbing updates as needed.

A Monday–Friday schedule starts at 6:30 AM, with year‑round work and competitive pay. You bring hands-on experience in bathroom remodeling, carpentry, plumbing, construction, or residential installation and can work independently while

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bathroom remodeling, carpentry, plumbing, construction, or installation.

Responsibilities

• Lead bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish.
• Load your truck and materials at the warehouse before heading to the job.
• Arrive at the customer's home on time and represent West Shore Home professionally.
• Safely demo existing tubs and showers while protecting the customer's home.
• Install new tubs, shower pans, wall surrounds, and related components.
• Perform plumbing updates and modifications when needed.
• Ensure installations meet our quality and safety standards.
• Keep the jobsite clean and treat the customer's home with respect.
• Communicate with customers throughout the installation.
• Complete required paperwork and project closeout.
• Return to the warehouse at the end of the day.

If you’re an experienced bath, shower, remodeling, plumbing, or construction professional who takes pride in your work, we want to talk to you.

At West Shore Home, you’ll lead professional bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish—demolishing existing showers and tubs, completing necessary plumbing updates, and installing new tubs, shower pans, wall surrounds, and accessories.

What’s In It For You

• $23–$28/hour, based on your experience and skill level
• $2,000 sign-on bonus — $1,000 after 30 days and $1,000 after 90 days
• Overtime at 1.5x your regular rate

What You’ll Do

You’ll

We’re Looking for Experienced Pros

You don't need to be taught how to swing a hammer or measure a wall.

We're looking for someone who already has hands-on experience in bathroom remodeling, carpentry, plumbing, construction, or residential installation and can take ownership of a project.

You Should Be Comfortable

• Working independently and making sound decisions in the field
• Reading and following measurements and installation specifications
• Working with hand and power tools
• Performing demolition and residential remodeling
• Making plumbing adjustments as neededSolving problems when things don't go exactly according to plan
• Communicating professionally with homeowners
• Taking pride in the quality of your finished work

Required

• Previous experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction, or installation
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Valid smartphone or smart device for required company systems and two-factor authentication
