Eligible candidates must be able to work in the USA and have bar experience; willingness to learn all bar practices is essential. The role may involve full-time or part-time hours, with duties evolving as needed.

Qualifications

• Bar experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and understand all bar practices.

Responsibilities

• Craft quality cocktails and serve other beverages
• Proper drink construction technique and policy adherence
• Engage with guests in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
• Focus on performance, productivity and teamwork for the entirety of the shift, start to finish
• Communicate to leadership and teammates when help/assistance is needed
• Demonstrate pour consistency and consistent drink handling skills
• Perform bartop maintenance and stocking
• Maintain a clean work area
• Demonstrate accurate product knowledge
