Compensation Information:

1. Commission-based pay on services. Depending on experience level and audition results, our commission range is: 33% - 45%
2. Additional earnings include tips, retail commission program, and bonuses
3. Luxury-level service pricing. Our luxury brand experience offers higher pricing, which results in higher earnings for our team: Haircuts range in price from $72 - $120+ and Base Color services range from $90-$131+. (Pricing level is based on multiple factors including skill and location market)
4. Employees are paid an hourly rate of $18.50 for any initial onboarding/training.
