Merrick Jeep Chrysler Dodge Inc. – Merrick, NY is hiring an experienced Automotive A & B Technician / Auto Mechanic to join our busy, high-performing service department. This full-time role offers strong earning potential with pay of $35–$50+ per hour based on experience.

You will diagnose and repair vehicles, perform mechanical and electrical diagnostics, complete routine maintenance and complex repairs, and follow manufacturer procedures in a professional dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.
• Experience in dealership or high-volume service environment.
• Ability to diagnose electrical, drivability, and mechanical concerns.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge/Ram experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

If you're an experienced Automotive Technician, A Technician, B Technician, Master Technician, Auto Mechanic, or Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge/Ram Technician looking for excellent earning potential, steady work, and a professional dealership environment, we want to hear from you!

$35 – $50+ per hour based on experience and qualifications

Your experience, diagnostic ability, certifications, and technical skill will determine your starting rate.

• Ability to efficiently complete repairs with quality workmanship
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge or Ram experience is a plus, but experienced technicians from other automotive brands are encouraged to apply.
