Merrick Jeep Chrysler Dodge Inc. in Merrick, NY is seeking experienced Automotive Technicians to join a busy service department. We hire A & B Technicians, Master Technicians and Auto Mechanics for Jeep, Dodge and Ram vehicles.
You’ll diagnose, repair, and perform maintenance, with pay ranging from $35 to $50+ per hour based on experience and qualifications. Company offers ongoing training and a professional dealership environment.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive repair experience.
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.
- Experience working in a dealership or high-volume automotive service environment.
- Ability to diagnose electrical, drivability, and mechanical concerns.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently.
- Perform mechanical and electrical diagnostics.
- Complete routine maintenance and complex repairs.
- Perform brake, suspension, steering, engine, transmission, and drivability repairs.
- Use diagnostic equipment and repair information systems.
- Perform vehicle inspections and identify necessary repairs.
- Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation.
- Follow manufacturer repair procedures and dealership standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Deliver high-quality workmanship while meeting productivity and efficiency goals.

If you're an experienced Automotive Technician, A Technician, B Technician, Master Technician, Auto Mechanic, or Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge/Ram Technician looking for excellent earning potential, steady work, and a professional dealership environment, we want to hear from you!

Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge or Ram experience is a plus, but experienced technicians from other automotive brands are encouraged to apply.
