Qualifications

• 3+ years of Automotive Technician experience.
• Own professional tools and toolbox.
• Solid automotive knowledge and hands-on repair experience.
• Ability to diagnose and repair common vehicle concerns.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles with increasing independence.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections.
• Assist with more complex diagnostic and repair work as needed.
• Use tools, diagnostic equipment, and shop equipment properly and safely.
• Participate in paid training and ongoing skill development.
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members.
• Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship.
