What We Expect from Our Techs:

* Utilize our digital inspection on a company provided iPad to serve our customers the best overview on their vehicle every visit

* Be able to perform work on brakes, suspension, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, engines, transmission work, and all other matters of repair and maintenance

* Take advantage of company provided equipment, scan tools, and software to help diagnose and service vehicles

* Communicate with Service Advisors and provide detailed information for them to write up an accurate repair estimate using our shop management system (TekMetric)

* Provide service and diagnostics on a variety of makes and models (Can use company provided Autel and Snap-On diagnostic equipment)

* Work within a team setting to solve problems and accomplish goals

* Utilize company-provided safety equipment and have the ability to follow safety procedures

* Maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment

* Be willing to adapt to changes and work with a high level of energy and positive attitude
