Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic automotive maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements to Meineke standards.
• Assist experienced technicians in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.
• Follow Meineke SOPs and safety guidelines while using tools and equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and assist in basic repairs on brakes, suspension, exhaust, and related components.
• Maintain accurate service records, including parts used and labor hours, per documentation standards.
• Collaborate with senior technicians and service advisors to communicate issues, repairs, and estimated costs to customers.
• Uphold customer satisfaction by delivering professional service and addressing concerns.
• Continue learning through training sessions and Meineke resources to stay current with industry trends.
