Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive repair orders and prioritize work with Team Leader.
• Perform repairs and maintenance per dealer and factory standards.
• Diagnose malfunctions and complete repairs.
• Coordinate with parts department for needed parts.
• Tag and save parts for warranty or customer requests.
• Inspect vehicles for additional safety or service work.
• Communicate with service advisor about extra work or delays.
• Supervise apprentices as assigned.
• Attend factory training and stay updated on bulletins.
