Job summary

Serpentini Chevrolet of Willoughby Hills is seeking experienced Used Vehicle Technicians to join our team. You will work on a variety of vehicles, use state-of-the-art tools, and receive ongoing training to develop and enhance your skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Experience as automotive technician or strong mechanical background.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have own tools.
• ASE certifications are a plus, but not required.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive issues on various makes and models of vehicles.
• Perform routine maintenance and service tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Use diagnostic equipment and resources to accurately troubleshoot and fix problems.
• Communicate with service advisors and customers to explain repair recommendations and provide cost estimates.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working in the service department.
• Complete all vehicle repairs and services efficiently and accurately, while maintaining quality workmanship.
• Keep a clean and organized work area.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date with industry advancements and trends.
