We're looking for EXPERIENCED TECHNICIANS to join our team at CJDR of JOHNSON CITY.

Our ideal candidate will have 1+ years of technician experience. Manufacturer or ASE certifications are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities include:

1. Safely drive vehicles to test components and systems.
2. Accurately estimate the time needed for service.
3. Properly use tools and service equipment to diagnose and maintain vehicles.
4. Perform work specified on Repair Orders efficiently.
5. Execute repairs according to manufacturer specifications and customer expectations.
6. Communicate issues or additional needs to Assistant Service Managers effectively.
7. Adhere to dealership procedures for safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

1. Broad knowledge of automotive mechanics.
2. Basic computer skills.
3. Able to learn new technology, repair, and service specifications.
4. Independent starter with the ability to work well on a team.
5. Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
