We're seeking EXPERIENCED TECHNICIANS to join our team at CJDR of JOHNSON CITY.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ years of technician experience. Manufacturer or ASE certifications are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities include:

1. Safely driving vehicles to test components and systems
2. Providing accurate estimates of service times
3. Using tools and service equipment to diagnose and maintain vehicles
4. Performing work efficiently on Repair Orders
5. Executing repairs to manufacturer specifications and customer expectations
6. Communicating issues or additional needs effectively to Assistant Service Managers
7. Adhering to dealership safety procedures and quality standards

Qualifications:

1. Broad knowledge of automotive mechanics
2. Basic computer skills
3. Ability to learn new technology, repair, and service specifications
4. Independent starter with team working skills
5. Valid driver's license with a good driving record
