Job summary

Balise Motor Sales in West Springfield, MA is seeking a Certified Automotive Service Technician. The role offers an hourly range of $25.00-$40.00 and weekly pay, with a focus on production and customer satisfaction in a modern, climate-controlled shop.

As part of a family-owned dealership group, you’ll perform warranty and non-warranty inspections, maintenance and repairs to factory standards, while pursuing ongoing training and career advancement.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of achieving goals as an A or B level Technician.
• Automotive education or equivalent work experience.
• Brand specific and/or ASE certifications are a plus.
• A professional work ethic and the ability to exercise good judgement.

Responsibilities

• Perform all warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostic, maintenance and repair work with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Obtain high level of customer satisfaction as a result of personal work habits and skill.
• Complete all jobs correctly and on time for every service visit.
• Maintain the highest levels of quality and pride in your work.
• A desire for your income to increase with your production.
