Job summary

Balise Motor Sales in Springfield, MA is hiring a Certified Automotive Service Technician to join a busy, production-focused shop. You will perform inspections, maintenance and repairs to factory standards, with emphasis on efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of achieving goals as an A or B level Technician.
• Automotive education or equivalent work experience.
• Brand specific and/or ASE certifications are a plus.
• A professional work ethic and the ability to exercise good judgement.

Responsibilities

• Perform warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance and repairs per standards.
• Achieve high customer satisfaction through quality work and professionalism.
• Complete all jobs correctly and on time for every service visit.
• Maintain highest levels of quality and pride in workmanship.
• Support income growth through productive performance.
• Keep the work area clean and dispose of waste safely.
