Job summary

Winner Audi in Wilmington, DE is seeking an Experienced Technician who can stay calm under pressure, diagnose accurately, and complete repairs right the first time.

You will diagnose and repair electrical, HVAC, brakes, steering, and general systems, coordinate with Service Advisors, document findings clearly, and ensure every vehicle leaves road-ready.

Qualifications

Salary Range: $24.00 - $44.00 Hourly

Experienced Technician. If you can stay calm under pressure, diagnose accurately, and complete repairs right the first time, we’d like to talk to you.

THE DAY TO DAY

• Diagnose fast and accurately to pinpoint the root cause and build a clear repair plan
• Deliver maintenance and repairs to a high standard—clean work, every time
• Tackle electrical, HVAC, brakes, steering/suspension, and general repairs
• Manage your bay efficiently—prioritize, stay organized, and keep jobs moving
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and Parts to keep approvals clear and parts moving
• Document findings and recommendations clearly with pro‑level notes, no surprises, no confusion
• Perform quality checks so every vehicle leaves safe, correct, and road‑ready

QUALIFICATIONS

• Audi, Volkswagon, or Porsche experience preferred
• Hands‑on knowledge of vehicle systems, plus the drive to keep learning
• Technical certifications and/or formal training
• Strong diagnostics—customer concern to confirmed fix
• Clear communication with advisors/parts and clean documentation
• Quality‑focused execution: read ROs fast, work accurately, don’t cut corners
• Time management and productivity—estimate work and keep jobs on track
• Ownership mindset—work independently and take responsibility for results
