The home of Mazda is experiencing consistent growth and to keep up with demand we are looking for an experienced Experienced Automotive Technician to join the team at Mount Gravatt Mazda.

The successful applicant will:

• Have at least 5 years post qualification experience in diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical and electrical concerns, preferably, but not necessarily, on Mazda vehicles
• Experience completing reports and raising technical cases
• Liaise with Mazda Technical Support team to ensure all vehicles are repaired correctly
• Liaise with, and carry out test drives with customers, to analyse vehicle issues
• Provide guidance and advice to junior team members
• Have strong attention to detail
• Be driven, show initiative and determination
• Have a professional attitude
• Possess Exceptional communication skills
• Have good personal presentation
• Be reliable and have a positive attitude
• Have a strong ability to work within a large dynamic team
• Hold a Trade Qualification (Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent)
• Be willing to participate in ongoing training and learning new skills
• Hold a current manual driver's license (Queensland)
