Job summary

The Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician for North Palm Hyundai in Florida. You will perform vehicle repair and maintenance to dealership and factory standards, while coordinating with Parts and Service Advisors to ensure efficient operations and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Automotive service technician experience required or preferred.
• ASE certification is desirable.
• Excellent customer service is essential.
• Strong communication skills are important for coordinating with parts and service advisors.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass background/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance per repair order to dealer and factory standards.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Explain technical diagnoses to non-mechanical colleagues and customers.
• Keep updated on factory bulletins and training opportunities.
• Keep management informed of mechanical issues as they arise.
• Maintain an organized work area and work safely.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
