Qualifications

• Audi/VW factory certification preferred.
• HV knowledge or certification preferred.
• Strong diagnostic foundation on European platforms.
• ODIS or VCDS experience strongly preferred.
• ASE certifications a strong plus.
• Technician must provide own toolbox and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Audi and VW vehicles across a full range of systems.
• Perform multi-point inspections and develop repair plans.
• Execute repairs to manufacturer specifications with accuracy.
• Complete repair orders documenting work, parts used, and labor.
• Stay current on VW Group bulletins, updates, and procedures.
• Perform test drives to validate conclusions and ensure quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation throughout the shift.
• Support a culture of quality, accountability and craftsmanship.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair Audi and Volkswagen vehicles across a full range of systems -- engine, transmission, brakes, electrical, suspension, HVAC, and high-voltage EV/hybrid systems -- using VW Group diagnostic platforms and OEM procedures
• Perform multi-point inspections and develop accurate repair plans -- communicating findings clearly to service advisors to support guest authorization
• Execute repairs to Audi and VW manufacturer specifications with speed, accuracy, and zero shortcuts
• Complete repair orders accurately -- documenting all work performed, parts used, and labor with precision
• Stay current on Audi and VW technical service bulletins, software updates, and evolving repair procedures
• Perform test drives to validate diagnostic conclusions and confirm repair quality before vehicle return
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation throughout every shift
• Contribute to a shop culture where quality, accountability, and craftsmanship are the baseline

What We're Looking For

• Audi or Volkswagen factory certification preferred -- candidates actively pursuing certification are encouraged to apply
• High-voltage (HV) knowledge or certification preferred -- EV and hybrid platform experience is increasingly valuable as the VW Group lineup continues to grow
• Strong diagnostic foundation -- comfortable working through complex, multi-system problems on European platforms
• ODIS, VCDS, or equivalent VW Group diagnostic tool experience strongly preferred
• ASE certifications a strong plus
• Technicians must provide their own personal toolbox and hand tools -- specialty and special service tools are provided by the dealership
• Low comeback rate and a personal standard for quality that doesn't require managing
• Physically capable of performing the demands of the role -- lifting, bending, and standing throughout the shift
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
