Job summary

Larry H. Miller Dodge Ram/FIAT in Tucson, AZ is seeking an experienced Experience Service Technician to repair and diagnose customer vehicles.

You will work with a team of skilled technicians, using manufacturer knowledge to complete major component repairs and ensure high-quality service. The role requires ASE and manufacturer certifications where possible, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass pre-employment checks.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications heavily preferred; manufacturer certifications preferred.
• Must have basic tools and strong technical skills.
• Must be a team player and able to work on complex tasks.
• Must be at least eighteen years old with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair work as outlined on repair orders per shop standards.
• Diagnose and repair automotive systems including engine, electrical, and brakes.
• Communicate with service advisors about additional work and timelines.
• Document work performed and time-keeping for warranty and service orders.
• Assist other technicians and participate in training of junior staff.
