Experienced Automotive Service Advisor

We are one of the fastest growing Dealerships in all of Southern California. We are looking for Service Advisors. Two years of automotive service experience is required, but we will make possible exceptions for the right candidates. We provide both factory and internal training for advancement potential within the dealership. Salary and benefits are commensurate with experience and will only be discussed upon the position being offered after the interview process. We look forward to receiving your resume.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Two years or more previous automotive service experience.
  • Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time.
  • Ability to follow processes to ensure quality and safety.
  • Must pass a drug test.
  • Must pass a physical.
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
  • Must display good judgment.
Responsibilities:
  • Schedule service appointments by answering incoming service calls.
  • Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain information.
  • Serve as the liaison between the customer and technician; ensuring the customer's needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer.
  • Prepare repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required.
  • Provide the client with an accurate estimate of repair or maintenance cost, an explanation of associated costs, detailing problems and pertinent information, and secure client authorization of repair or service.
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment, are organized, and manage time efficiently.
  • Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
