Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers who enter the dealership
  • Guide customers through the decision-making process by listening carefully to their needs and asking questions
  • Build relationships with customers to enhance the sales process and provide exceptional service
  • Explain product features, performance, and benefits to prospective buyers
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager, including progress reports, activity updates, and analyses

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience (automotive experience required)
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • High energy and enthusiasm throughout the workday
  • Ability to handle objections and negotiate pricing
  • Must maintain a professional appearance
  • Ability and interest in mentoring and training new sales associates once you gain experience
