Qualifications

• Understanding of Stellantis/Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge/Ram brands; prior brand experience preferred.
• Ability to manage the sales process to deliver a world‑class car buying experience.
• Strong knowledge of product features to guide customer vehicle choices.
• Comfortable pursuing growth by meeting monthly sales goals and objectives.
• Ability to bring in new business through referrals and networking.

Responsibilities

• Sell/new and used vehicles and close deals with customers.
• Provide accurate vehicle recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
• Explain financing, warranties, discounts, and service plans clearly.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and follow up for referrals and repeat business.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Understanding of the Stellantis / Chrysler/ Jeep/ Dodge/ Ram Brands with Previous Brand Experience Preferred
• Complete grasp of the Sales Process to ensure our customers have a world-class car-buying experience at every point in their sales journey
• Ability to provide an unparalleled level of product knowledge and brand expertise to guide and assist customers as they find the best vehicle for them.
• Comfortable in growing the dealership and your career by meeting challenging monthly sales goals and objectives
