Responsibilities

• Oversee all customer loan origination and approval processes
• Present products to customers while maintaining high CSI
• Complete all transaction and purchase contract documentation
• Maintain accurate product information
• Present all products to every customer 100% of the time
• Provide financing recommendations and assistance, and suggest additional products to enhance customer ownership experience
• Ensure sales are structured for maximum profitability
• Maintain required proficiency and certifications
• Accurately desk deals, submit to lenders, make credit decisions, and close deals effectively
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines for every deal
• Prepare paperwork, contracts, and deliver deals
• Audit team deals post-sale for improvements
• Guarantee the prompt funding of all contracts

Qualifications

• Finance experience in an automobile dealership
• Experience with CDK preferred
• Menu presentation and selling skills
• Dealer Track experience is a plus
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and a desire for continuous improvement
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
• Proficient in structuring deals for maximum profitability
• Knowledge of title laws and registration processes
• Professional appearance and exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills
• Valid driver’s license
