BMW of the Main Line is seeking a full-time Cashier to join our busy dealership team. You will handle inbound calls, process payments for service and parts, and greet customers with a professional, courteous demeanor while collaborating with all departments to ensure exceptional service.

The role emphasizes strong phone skills, a polished appearance, and the ability to maintain positive customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in telemarketing and/or hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent telephone skills and a professional voice and manner.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
• Able to learn new software quickly.
• Professional business appearance at all times.
• Flexible with scheduling.

We serve elite clientele and you must always be prepared to provide them with outstanding customer service in all circumstances, and to handle challenging client issues with the diplomacy needed to ensure that they remain loyal customers. You will also develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues in every other department of our dealership.
