Job summary

Karl Malone Group in Heber City, Utah, is seeking a full-time Experienced Service Technician to work in a Certified shop. You will support customers through timely repair and delivery of their vehicle, performing repairs per repair order and test drives.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive repair and maintenance.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong communication with service advisors and customers.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to complete tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per repair order with efficiency and accuracy, including repairs to engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C, etc.
• Test vehicle components and systems using diagnostic tools and test drives.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor about status and additional repair needs; provide time estimates.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work; complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturers' specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area following regulations.
