Hertrich Family of Automobile Dealerships in Delaware is seeking an Experienced Auto Sales Associate to join a top-performing, family-owned group that offers uncapped commissions, premium benefits, and real career growth.

You will manage relationships with high-value customers, close sales professionally, mentor teammates, and stay current on product knowledge and trends, while leveraging training and a supportive team.

• Proven automotive or retail sales experience.
• Build relationships and guide customers through the vehicle purchase process.
• Present vehicle options with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Communicate effectively in person, by phone, and online.
