Job Overview

Atlantic Coast Enterprises is seeking experienced Auto Mechanics / Automotive Technicians in the Seminole, FL area to join our team full-time.

Responsibilities

1. Maintain and repair vehicles, diagnosing mechanical issues accurately and explaining options clearly to customers.
2. Perform regular vehicle maintenance to ensure top condition.
3. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring positive experiences and building customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• Current AATI or ASE certifications
• Valid driver's license
• Brake work experience
• Own tools
• Honest, reliable, service-oriented, attentive to detail, good troubleshooting skills, and able to explain technical issues in layman's terms.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive hourly rate ($18-$24/hr.) based on experience and certifications, with additional commissions ($400-$1400 biweekly), potential annual compensation above $100,000, and bonuses for certifications.
