Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years as an Auto Glass Technician or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Let us be the best place you'll ever work.**A Brief Overview**As an **Experienced Auto Glass Technician**, you’ll serve on the front line of the Safelite customer experience, bringing advanced technical expertise and a strong sense of ownership to every job. This role is ideal for a highly skilled technician who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional service.You will leverage your deep industry knowledge, along with Safelite’s cutting-edge tools, training, and technology, to perform complex repairs, replacements, and recalibrations—both in-shop and through our Mobile Glass Shop services.**What you will do*** Provide all vehicle glass repair and replacement services at a Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop in the most efficient manner, focusing on safety, quality and exceptional customer service. Clean customer vehicles after every job.* Recalibrating automotive safety systems, including trouble-shooting and completing diagnostic testing.* Proficiently operate Safelite’s tools and technologies, including: True Seal, Ezi-WireTM, Glass Table System (GTS), chemicals (as required bv the “Safelite Way of Fitting”, work order and customer administration systems, and Safelite's handheld Mobile Resource Management (MRM) technology.* Safely operate company and customer vehicles throughout the workday.* Communicate with all scheduled customers in-person, via text, and on the phone; present, promote and sell Safelite promotional items and services to customers.* Performs other duties as assigned* Complies with all policies and standards**What you’ll get*** Competitive weekly pay* Earn additional income when customers choose value added products and services.* A benefits package valued at more than $10k\*.
