Qualifications

• Professional auto body and/or automotive painting experience required.
• Strong knowledge of collision repair and refinishing techniques.
• Ability to produce high-quality paint finishes and color matches.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform collision and body repairs to manufacturer and industry standards.
• Prepare vehicles and panels for refinishing.
• Mix, match, and apply automotive paint.
• Perform sanding, masking, priming, blending, and finishing.
• Repair or replace damaged body panels and components.
• Inspect completed work for proper fit, finish, and color match.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work with the Collision Center team to keep repairs moving efficiently.
