Job summary

Elm Chevrolet is seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician / Painter to join our Collision Center team in Elmira, NY. You will handle collision repair and refinishing from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship and satisfied customers.

This role requires professional auto body and/or painting experience, attention to detail, the ability to work both independently and with a team, and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform collision and body repairs to manufacturer and industry standards.

• Perform sanding, masking, priming, blending, and finishing.
• Repair or replace damaged body panels and components.
• Inspect completed work for proper fit, finish, and color match.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work with the Collision Center team to keep repairs moving efficiently.

Auto Body Technician / Painter

Elm Chevrolet is looking for an experienced Auto Body Technician / Painter to join our Collision Center team.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, understands that quality matters, and can handle body repair and refinishing from start to finish. Compensation

This position is paid hourly with a flat-rate incentive structure. Your experience, skill, efficiency, and quality of work matter, and our compensation structure gives experienced technicians the opportunity to earn accordingly.
