No. 1 Collision Group in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking an Auto Body Technician to join our luxury collision repair team.

The role involves understanding repair procedures, following safety guidelines, and delivering high-quality work while collaborating with a team to restore vehicles to pristine condition. The ideal candidate will have autobody collision experience, strong customer service, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Autobody collision experience required or strongly preferred.
• Team player focused on delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced shop environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with shop software.

Responsibilities

• Understand repair procedures and vehicle design.
• Follow safety and technical guidelines.
• Take direction from management and staff as needed.
• Maintain standards and respect team members and equipment.
• Attend training or certification courses when required.
• Be on-site for a full workday (8 hours).
• Ensure parts are stored properly and organized.
• Check parts accuracy before painting.
• Read work orders and verify work throughout repair.
• Deliver high-quality and timely work.
• Other duties as assigned.
