Job summary

Dent Wizard is seeking an experienced Paint Technician to join our growing reconditioning team. This role offers uncapped earning potential with commission-based pay and a starting compensation range that scales with performance and location.

You'll travel to customer sites, perform high-quality bodywork and paint touch-ups, and work with advanced spray equipment to deliver flawless results. A strong customer focus, attention to detail, and a valid driver's license are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork.
• Strong attention to detail and color accuracy.
• Self-motivation, grit, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Commission-based uncapped earning potential.

First year earning potential: $50,000-$75,000

Long-term earning potential: $70,000-$150,000+
