Dent Wizard is seeking an experienced Auto Body/Paint Technician to join our growing team across Florida. This role offers uncapped earning potential and a 2,500 sign-on bonus, with compensation largely commission-based and tied to performance.

Expect travel to customer sites, paint touch-ups, and full surface repairs using advanced spray equipment. High attention to detail and color accuracy are essential, along with a valid driver’s license and the ability to work outdoors in all weather.

Commission-based uncapped earning potential.

First year earning potential: $50,000-$75,000

Long-term earning potential: $70,000-$150,000+
