Job summary

G & C Auto Body is seeking an Experienced Auto Body Collision Technician for our San Jose, CA locations. This role demands proven expertise in collision repair with the ability to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition.

You will work with top-of-the-line equipment in a professional shop, with Monday–Friday hours and competitive pay plus production-based bonuses. This position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities to mentor apprentices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a collision repair organization.
• Attention to detail and pride in your work.
• I-CAR certifications a plus, but not required for all positions.

Responsibilities

• Restore vehicle back to pre-accident condition.
• Includes tear down and reassembly.
• Grind, sand and fill repair panels.
• Additional duties as assigned to ensure an efficient and quality repair.

We are looking for someone who is up to the challenge of handling any and all repairs coming in to these locations. You will have access to all top of the line equipment in a shop to call your own!

BENEFITS:

• Pay: $80,000 - 150,000 expected annually (30 to 36 per hour plus eligibility for variable production-based bonuses expected to range from 2400 to 4500 per month)
