Job summary

CLA, CliftonLarsonAllen LLP, is seeking an Experienced Audit Associate to join our Real Estate practice in California. You will perform a wide range of audit and accounting procedures, audit complex areas, prepare financial statements, and help train interns to develop inspired careers.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA exam eligibility preferred; one year of relevant audit experience preferred; exposure to tax work a plus.

CLA is currently seeking an Experienced Audit Associate to join our growing Real Estate practice.

As an Experienced Audit Associate, you will:

• Perform a wide range of audit and accounting procedures impacting industry-specific issues.
• Audit complex areas/transactions as well as prepare financial statements and related reports.
• Develop and train team interns to help them build inspired careers.
• Work with many great clients to help them resolve complex issues and get results.
• Perform analytical reviews on financial accounts and identify trends.

What you will need:

• You have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Eligible to sit for the CPA exam preferred.
• One year of relevant audit experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success as an entry-level accountant with an exposure to financial statement preparation, audits, and reviews preferred.
• You can demonstrate that you’ve excelled as an entry-level accountant or intern and have been exposed to financial statement preparation and audits.
• Exposure to tax work a plus.

The compensation range for this position in California is $65,000.00 - $110,000.00.
