We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced associate dentist to join our team. Our practice is located in Bowie, MD at the intersection of 193 and 450. We offer a full range of dental services with convenient hours and no weekends. We are a family-owned patient-centered practice that is committed to providing excellent care in a comfortable and relaxing environment. We are looking for a part-time associate dentist looking to grow their skill set and with an eye on ownership. With over 50 new patients per month and an established patient base of over 2000 patients, clinical mentorship, and strong patient reviews (4.8+), we think we are a great place for an associate to grow their career.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages
• Perform routine dental procedures, such as exams, cleanings, fillings, and extractions
• Provide preventive care, such as fluoride treatments and sealants
• Work with a team of dental professionals to provide excellent patient care

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD degree
• Current DC dental license
• 2+ years of experience in a clinical setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong treatment planning skills or the desire to learn
• Proficiency in four quadrant dentistry and the ability to run 2-3 columns at a time, with speed and a high level of care.
• Ability to prep & place crowns, perform fillings, simple extractions, restore implants, anterior/premolar root canals
• Strong knowledge level and comfort with digital dentistry and workflows
• High comfort level treatment planning and delivering full and partial dentures
