Job Title: Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager, you will support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager. You will be cross-trained in all Arby’s positions, including guest services, food preparation, and cash handling. Your goal is to ensure that your shift provides a wonderful dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities may include:

1. Managing a shift of 8-15 employees efficiently and in compliance with labor laws;
2. Training new team members on procedures and policies;
3. Maintaining records of employee performance and attendance;
4. Handling guest complaints professionally;
5. Developing strategies to increase sales and efficiency;
6. Managing inventory levels and ordering supplies;
7. Overseeing restaurant opening and closing;
8. Ensuring compliance with legal, health, and safety regulations.

Qualified Candidates should have strong communication skills, experience with inventory, cost controls, cash handling, and the ability to multi-task.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1+ year in foodservice;
• A completed background check is required for all management positions;

• Serve Safe Certification is a plus, with training available for the right candidate.
