Prior paving and heavy civil experience is essential. The role requires a strong commitment to safety, the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, and readiness to work Monday through Friday, with some weekend schedules as needed.

You should have experience working on paving projects and have the ability to work safely at all times. This is a safety sensitive position that is responsible for operating heavy construction equipment with knowledge of hazards, safety precautions, awareness, and of paving for a variety of projects.You'll be working with scores of experienced operators who put safety first and work together to meet the day's goals. We take pride in taking care of our equipment and making sure our employees are set up to be successful. We typically work Monday-Friday, though some project schedules may require WEEKEND work.Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.As a federal contractor, compliance with federal drug-free workplace requirements is mandatory.
