Charlie Mike Protective Services in Phoenix is seeking highly qualified Armed Security Guards to safeguard the community. If you are skilled and experienced, this is the opportunity to advance your security career.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A valid Arizona Unarmed guard license.
• A valid Arizona Armed guard license.
• High school diploma or equivalent (additional security or law enforcement training is a plus).
• 4 years of experience in armed security, military combat, military police, or law enforcement.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols and emergency response tactics.
• Exceptional judgment, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Physical fitness for demanding tasks and agility.
• Reliability, trustworthiness, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Successful completion of a thorough background check and drug screening.
