Experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician

Full House Marketing is hiring experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians to service the Raleigh and surrounding areas.

We seek experienced technicians to repair and maintain residential apartment buildings.

Responsibilities include:

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform minor HVAC repairs
• Minor drywall repairs and painting
• Troubleshoot and repair dishwashers, garbage disposals, and other plumbing fixtures
• Some electrical work (light fixtures and more)
• Pool maintenance
• Prepare homes for new tenants
• Maintain a 'Can Do' attitude and provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

• Required: CFC or equivalent certifications (helpful but not mandatory)
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and carpentry is a plus
• Minimum of one year of previous experience in apartment or single-family residential maintenance
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone
• Basic hand tools
• Valid driver’s license

Compensation depends on skill level and qualifications. Some benefits are available only for direct hire positions.
