Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge including Word, Outlook, Excel.
• Familiarity with leasing software a plus (Yardi, Blue Moon, Entrata, Onesite, MRI).
• Ability to work weekends.
• Background in leasing, property management, customer service, sales, or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, conduct tours, identify housing needs.
• Assist with leasing paperwork, applications, leases, background and credit checks.
• Collect rent, security deposits, and move-in fees.
• Communicate lease terms and community policies to residents.
• Follow up with prospects who haven’t leased and ensure move-in readiness.
• Implement marketing techniques to attract new residents and support renewals.
