Job Description

We are seeking dependable, hard-working, and self-motivated HVAC Certified Maintenance Technicians. The primary responsibilities include repairing and maintaining apartment AC units and other property facilities such as electrical systems, plumbing, and appliances. The technician will collaborate with other maintenance team members as needed.

Job Duties

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC units.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical appliances, outlets, and light fixtures.
• Perform plumbing, carpentry, lock repair, or replacement tasks.
• Complete Make Ready/Punch-Outs on vacant units.
• Assist in renovation projects and maintain the community's curb appeal.

Qualifications

• Own your tools and have 1-2 years of HVAC/maintenance experience.
• EPA Type I & II or Universal Certification.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Strong work ethic, reliable, and dependable.
