Essential Staffing Solutions, LLC is seeking dependable, hard-working, and self-motivated HVAC Certified Maintenance Technicians.

Job Overview

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for repairing and maintaining apartment AC units, electrical systems, plumbing, and appliances. They will collaborate with other team members on various maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair HVAC units
  • Repair electrical appliances, outlets, and fixtures
  • Perform plumbing, carpentry, and lock repairs or replacements
  • Complete Make Ready/Punch-Outs on vacant units
  • Assist in renovation projects and maintain community curb appeal
Qualifications
  • Own tools and have 1-2 years of HVAC/maintenance experience
  • EPA Type I & II or Universal Certification
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic
