Job Summary

Essential Staffing Solutions is seeking dependable, hard-working, and self-motivated HVAC Certified Maintenance Technicians. The primary responsibilities include repairing and maintaining apartment AC units and other property facilities such as electrical systems, plumbing, and appliances. The technician will collaborate with other maintenance team members as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC units
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical appliances, outlets, and fixtures
  • Perform plumbing, carpentry, lock repair, or replacement
  • Complete Make Ready/Punch-Outs on vacant units
  • Assist in renovation projects and maintain community curb appeal
Qualifications
  • Own tools required
  • 1-2 years of HVAC/maintenance experience
  • EPA Type I & II or Universal Certification
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and dependability
