Job summary

Pinch Med Spa in Illinois is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner injectors (APRN) to join as a concierge clinician. This 1099 role offers treatment-based pay with autonomy over patient experience while following Pinch protocols, enabling a flexible, part-time schedule and access to high-quality clients.

You will deliver neurotoxin injections, microneedling, peels, and skincare, building your book through both your network and Pinch referrals, with support from our clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois APRN license (full practice authority preferred).
• Injectables experience (neurotoxin) and comfort treating independently.
• Prior aesthetics experience in a clinical setting (med spa, derm, plastics, concierge).
• Strong patient communication, professionalism, and safety commitment.
• Existing client base or strong ability to build one through networking.
• Availability to treat between 10 - 50 clients per month (a mix of your own network, and new clients Pinch sends you).

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality concierge aesthetic care including neurotoxin injections, microneedling, chemical peels, skincare, and at-home facials.
• Treat clients sourced through Pinch marketing and your personal network.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely client records.
• Manage supplies responsibly and follow Pinch protocols and clinical standards.
• Collaborate with other Pinch Providers and the clinical/support team.
• Use the Pinch platform to retain clients, run outreach, and grow your book.

Requirements
