Job summary

Skin by Lovely is seeking licensed medical providers passionate about facial aesthetics, skin care, and patient safety in Santa Monica, CA. Candidates must hold a California RN or NP license and have experience in a medical office with non-surgical injectables.

Expected duties include consultations, treatment execution with strict safety standards, EMR documentation, and patient follow-ups. Part-time or full-time schedules are available, with a bonus pay structure and a supportive team

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner with a CA license.
• Experience with non-surgical facial aesthetic injectables (1 year recommended).
• Experience in a medical office setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations to determine best treatments and create care plans.
• Perform treatments safely with appropriate products per protocols.
• Address patient questions professionally and provide follow-ups.
• Maintain EMR records on the day of treatment.
• Promote services, programs, and promos to patients.

Skin by Lovely is seeking talented, suitably licensed medical providers with a passion for facial aesthetics, skin care, and paramount safety standards.

Education & Experience

• Experience in a medical office working as a facial aesthetic provider
• Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner
• Current California license in good standing.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with patients to determine best treatments for their desired outcome and create a plan of care within the practice guidelines.
• Carry out treatment plan with confidence, expertise, and appropriate usage and quantity of product while providing a safe and clean treatment regimen per practice protocols.
• Handle patient questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
• Provide appropriate follow-ups and timely responses to all treated patients.
• Maintain an energetic positive attitude and contribute toward a quality and peaceful work environment.
• Align with Skin by Lovely's core values: take accountability, be team oriented, make a difference, value well-being, be inclusive and respectful.
• Accurately record client treatments in EMR the day of treatment
• Actively promote the practice, treatments, and services, as well as programs, promotions, and discounts available
