Sunflower Communities seeks an experienced Activities / Life Enrichment Director for our assisted living facility in Waconia, MN. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead volunteer-based activities and programs to enrich the lives of residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
  • Collaborate with departments and community organizations to foster volunteer and resource networks.
  • Maintain a calendar of diverse activities for residents and families.
  • Manage budgets and monitor expenses to meet financial targets.
  • Require at least one year of supervisory experience in senior living activities.
  • Train and motivate volunteers and staff to deliver quality programming.
