Job description

We are hiring immediately for a full-time A&P or AMT mechanic. This role is critical to our mission, so we are offering up to a $15,000 Sign On Bonus.

What you will be doing as an A&P Mechanic:

You can expect to conduct thorough inspections, maintenance, and repairs on Cessna and Beechcraft aircraft models. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Performing a variety of mechanical duties involving diagnosis of malfunctions and required disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, reassembly, or adjustment of various aircraft systems to prepare aircraft for flight and delivery to customer.
  • Performing turbine engine troubleshooting, inspection, repair, and engine run-ups.

What you need to be successful:

  • High school education or GED required.
  • A&P License required.
  • Experience as an A&P Mechanic or AMT (Aircraft Maintenance Technician) with varied jet, turboprop, piston, modification, aircraft/flight maintenance.

EDUCATION:

  • High school education or equivalent required.
  • A&P License is required.
  • Experience or working knowledge of mechanical devices. Prefer basic knowledge of aircraft systems.

EXPERIENCE:

Experience on mechanical repair of vehicles, preferably aircraft – through technical training, apprenticeship, schooling, or similar experience is preferred. Must be able to obtain and maintain an airport security badge through the local airport authority, if applicable.
