Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Box Truck Drivers for local routes. The Delivery Driver is responsible for making deliveries to customers starting between 3pm and 5pm. Must be able to rotate weekends.

The Route Driver represents the company and must maintain a professional and positive image, ensuring excellent customer relationships. Responsibilities include safe vehicle operation, timely deliveries, maintaining compliance with policies and DOT regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Operate company-provided CMV safely.
  • Deliver products courteously and on schedule.
  • Follow routes and schedules.
  • Load, unload, and secure deliveries per customer specifications, obtaining signatures.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Verify invoices and purchase requests.
  • Complete DVIRs (Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports).
  • Follow safety and lifting protocols.
  • Maintain delivery logs and records.
  • Comply with DOT regulations and safety standards.
Minimum Requirements
  • At least 21 years old.
  • Able to work 3rd shift.
  • Verifiable box truck driving experience.
  • Clean driving record with no reckless driving, DUI/OMVI, hit and run, excessive speeding, preventable accidents, or more than two moving violations in 24 months.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to interpret laws, rules, and policies.
  • Excellent attendance.
