• Evaluate and respond to alerts professionally and according to protocol.
• Assist in de-escalation with fellow guards as appropriate.
• Follow fire prevention, patrol, and incident reporting procedures.
• Maintain safety and security for clients, visitors, and property.
• Adhere to company standards and complete additional tasks as needed.
